Name Format for Candidate

Hello,

I would like to check if the

Under the Job application / Candidate profile, it seems showing the Display Name, and seems our candidate does not have the Display Name inputted, it is replaced by First Name.

However, under the Job Requisition Details, it seems not showing the Display Name, which is the combination of "Last Name, First Name"

Does anyone has any idea why the both place candidate is different?
