Redwood: Seniority date page query

I need some clarification regarding seniority dates page:

1-Which version is required when we migrate to redwood for seniority dates page?

2-I came to know from few posts that we need to migrate from V2 to V3 for redwood migration. If this is correct please suggest us steps how to migrate V3

3-If we will not migrate seniority dates page to V3 and enable profile options for redwood page will not work?

4-For migrating to V3 any other points we need to check?

5-What all steps we need to follow to work the page in redwood properly?
