Respond to questionnaire notification - Remove option to access worklist

Hello,

When sending a new initiative to a supplier, they get the notification there's a pending questionnaire to reply:

By clicking the worklist application, the supplier is taken to BPM where they have to click to respond to the questionnaire:

Question:

We’d like to streamline the supplier experience by sending only the second notification email — ideally one that allows suppliers to go directly to the questionnaire via the Supplier Portal, bypassing BPM. Is it possible to disable the first email entirely, or alternatively, customize its content to remove the worklist link and redirect to the portal instead?

The purpose of this change is so the supplier doesn't have to login to BPM, but supplier portal directly instead.
