Fusion Field Service and Windows Phone and Attachments

Summary:

My understanding: Using 25C FFS, images can only be attached via the mobile device. Field Service still only provides an installed iOS and Android version of the installed app.

Question:

  1. At one time a user was able to log into a mobile device browser using the '/m' option thaty drove mobile functionality. Is this still possible? I have a customer that in many cases uses windows based tablets in the field.
  2. If the '/m' login is possible, can those field users now attach images in FFS 25C?
  3. Since this is a FFS implementation, where would I find the the URL they need to login?
