Issue with talent review meeting

Hello experts,

I created a new talent review meeting template and configured a new meeting for this year.

We noticed that employees are already positioned in the matrix as the previous year while I expect to see all of them in the holding area.

Is there a way to avoid talent review to inherit employee matrix positioning of the last meeting?

If so, how can we do it?
