Intercompany Approval Group and Supervisory hierarchy approval

We have business requirement of 2 level of approval. On the first level of approval, the approval should go to a specific approval group based on certain conditions. On the second level of approval, the approval should follow supervisory hierarchy flow of approval where the approval goes to the manager of approver from first level of approval.

 

Example below.

First level of approval:

Approval goes to Approval Group A.

Approval Group A consists of user 1, user 2 and user 3.

 

2nd level of approval:

If user 1 approve the second level of approval goes to user 1's manager

If user 2 approve the second level of approval goes to user 2's manager
