Customising a Check-in nudge ORA_NUDGE_HRA_NO_CHECKIN_SCHEDULED

Summary:

Is it possible to schedule a Check-In Nudge like the one named the 'Check-in between manager and employee hasn't been scheduled for a period of time' ORA_NUDGE_HRA_NO_CHECKIN_SCHEDULED to include a template for the Employee and not the Line manager?

The seeded nudge has only a template for Line Manager and in our organisation the Employees are supposed to take initiative to schedule the Check-in and not the Line manager.

Any ideas how we could customise that?
