How to set flag 'Y' for org with Master org.

Summary:

Problem with Private shopping lists

User unable to add items to the private shopping list and system is giving bellow error 

SIEVE, 8in DIA. #120 MESH, BFBC 1in HT. (HH) - 1195: You must either enter a valid value or an existing value for the InventoryOrganizationId attribute. The current value is 300000004857452. (POR-2010892)

Can you please help us in resolving this?
