Additional Person Info redwood page has the EFF sequence order different

Summary:

We have made some EFF fields required in Additional Person Info using VBS. Before this VBS change, the fields displayed in the order defined by the sequence numbers in the EFF configuration. However, after making the fields required via VBS, these required fields are now appearing at the very bottom, even though their sequence order was set to a lower value and we did not change anything in EFF. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

We tried redeploying the EFF too, but that did not work.
