Generate Compensation Zone and Address Mapping gives error : No Person/Location found to process

in Compensation

Summary:

I am trying to create a Compensation zone based on City . When I attached the Salary differential to the Salary basis it gives me error saying "

We couldn't find any differentials defined for the differential profile.

" And when I ran the process Generate Compensation Zone and Address Mapping it says "No Person/Location found to process"

Please note Geography validation is turned on for all the geaography type.
