Hide the context value field and resize description box in library goals page

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

My Client Groups-> Goals-> Performance Library Goals
here when we select add we want to hide the context value field from Library info section

but when we open it in VBS we don't see the field in any section

Also the description box needs to be resize because complete the description is not visible

Can you please let me know what needs to be done in order to address this issue.
