Approvals not working correctly after moving to Redwood in HCM

Summary:

We have an issue where Approvals which working correctly in Responsive UI are not working according to configured rules in Redwood UI. For example Local and Global Transfer is only set to initiate Approval if there is a salary change but it is requiring approval for all transactions now, same issue with Promotion and Salary History.

Also, the simulate trascation process is not working, it gives error "This transaction isn't supported for approval simulation. Select a transaction that was created after this feature was enabled." This was working fine before enabling Responsive UI.

Did anyone face this issue? Is there any solution? We have also raised an SR but no update till now.
