Hide zero-amount earning/deduction rows after removing YTD column from payslip

Hi everyone,
We customized the BI Publisher payslip RTF to remove the Year-to-Date (YTD) columns from the Earnings and Deductions sections. In the seeded template, lines with Current = 0.00 still appeared because YTD had a value (e.g., “Business Trip” shows 0.00 current but a non-zero YTD). After removing YTD, those lines now look like noise; we need zero-amount rows not to render at all.
