Manage in Workbook - uploaded values not appearing on UI

Summary:

After bulk uploading values using the Manage in Workbook function, some values are not appearing in the UI. When trying to enter the values manually in the UI, the application keeps blanking out the value and not saving. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
