How to auto approve a Customer Claim when the submitted user is part of the approval group?

In customer claim approvals, we have configured parallel approval rules in which approval groups are assigned based on the BU, Claim Value and Claim Reason. The submitter of the claim have the approval limit as per the business process. When the claim value is less than the approval limit of the submitter, we are looking for auto approval of the claim instead of assigning it to all participants in the approval group. Is it possible to enable such auto approval rule without hardcoding submitter name in the rules?
