Is it possible to restrict the Project Number LOV and Charge Account LOV in RSSP?

Summary:

  1. By just clicking in the Project Number field (without any information entered), user can see all available project code easily. They may wrongly select incorrect project code. Can this list of value be invisible to user? or is there any alternative to restrict the LOV and user must enter the Project number for the record?
  2. Similarly, the user wants to restrict the Charge Account LOV to restrict the user from entering the wrong charge account combination. In our application we are using TAB and the account is generated automatically but when there is no account combination exists, the user can see all the available charge account combination (Screenshot attached), and they might get select the wrong account combination.
