Auditing for queue field not working
Hi All
We have enabled auditing for most of the key fields in our audit policy → service → hr help desk request object and selected a lot of fields that requires auditing for our business teams. We wanted the queue field to be captured in auditing too and have selected the 'Assigned Queue Id', but any changes to the queue in our help desk requests aren't being audited. We have also synchronized the changes as per Oracle's instructions. I don't know if I have I missed anything or setup incorrectly. Has anyone tried auditing the queue changes and comment if there
