is there way to hide Page Options - Edit dashboard - we have access it through work area

Dear exports,

We have created work area and provided below static url of the dashboard link to access the report. The manger's are able to see the ritNow, the customer want to hide the below highlighted page options like edit dasbhoard etc.. for all users from UI page. Line manager has both consume and author roles.
