Workforce Compensation - Additional column needs
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for more information from you for this Idea Lab item:
I would like to understand the problems better.
Do you need additional columns for the compensation change statement or to show manager information?
Do you need more columns for calculating other data?
Are you using additional columns to calculate pro-rated bonus amounts?
What business requirements are you trying to solve for that additional columns will be the most helpful?
