Percentage of eligible salary column (Merit %) value disappears if eligible salary value is 0

Summary:

A compensation plan is configured as below:

Percentage of eligible salary - component 1 - Merit %

Compensation amount - component 1 - Merit amount

Eligible salary column - value populated through a dynamic condition (Eligible salary through a fast formula - Elig_Sal_FF )

For an employee with 0.00 in the eligible salary column in the worksheet , when a manager enters say 4% in merit % column , the value disappears and merit amount value is not populated.

Ideally the plan should have data as below

Eligible Salary Merit % Merit amount

$ 0 4% $ 0 [ As 4% * $0 = $0 ]

But the plan is generating worksheet as below with blank merit % and merit amount cols [ merit % value entered value disappears with blank merit amount populated]
