Ship to address is inactive in customer master after order is submitted

Hi Team

Business has an issue where they are unable to revise the order. What we found basically is

Original order got submitted with a ship to address. After few days ship to address was made inactive in customer master (now we can't find that ship to address on front end)

Business has a need to revise the sales order and when they try to fill in active ship to address it is not allowing them to submit and it shows this message attached.

Please let me know how we can submit revised sales order
