I can not see options in benefit rate creation.
Summary:
I am using the 3 seeded roles for benefits administration, I have created planes and options, the options are active and configured in plan, when I try to create a rate for that option the options picklist does not display any data.
I have checked the dates and everything is correct with the same date 01/01/1951.
I have checked the privileges against another environment and the roles seems fine.
In enrollment benefit the employees can see their options.
Does aanyone know how I can see the options in benefit rates.
UP the rata is not displaying the option. DOWN the same options active in the plan
