The Requisition Filter not giving the best answer

Hi Expert,

We upgrade to 25c self service procurement lately. When our user use the filer by adding the exactly the PR# in filter, user is expect system return many PR even the one on the 1 row which has PR# way different. The exactly PR is show up in 2nd one. This is no as expected.

When enter specific PR# in filter, we should expect it show up in 1st row.

Can you please provide infor on how these filter works?
