How to notify if cash advance amount is changed?

Hi,

I noticed that auditors can adjust a cash advance amount to be more or less. Is there a notification we can send to the cash advance creator's manager or the auditor's manager if the auditor adjusts the cash advance to be more than the requested amount?

If not, what workflow relates to the auditor approving/rejecting the cash advance?
