Can we create two different Price breaks for one line item in BPA?

Summary:

Client has this scenario in BPA

Say item A with the following price breaks

1. Non-cumulative - if qty is 10 a 5% discount will be deducted from the negotiated unit price
2. Cumulative - if qty is 50, a 10% discount will be deducted from the negotiated unit price

Is it possible to have these two price breaks in a single item?

If not, what is the workaround to achieve this?
