Item substitution in replenishment planning

Hi, i've some question about this topic.

I want to use item substitutions in replenishment plan. I've created item relationships, product hierarchy and create analysis hierarchy as show the screen

I've run a plan and the supply generated by replenishment plan seem correct but:

1. I do not view the measure like "substitute demand", "substitute supply" and i'm not able to add in my replenishment workbench, for example, even if they are in my measure catalog. Why ?
2. I notice that in demand plan there is a field for product hierarchy bu there isn't in replenishment plan. Why ? can the replenishment plan consider my product hierarchy ?
