Can employee's approved absence withdrawal be set to auto-approve without routing through approval?

Summary:

I have a scenario where once an employee's absence request has been approved and completed successfully, if the employee later decides to withdraw that absence, it should be automatically approved without going through the approval hierarchy again. Is there a configuration or a solution that supports this kind of automatic self-approval for absence withdrawals?

Note: Approvals reset on update is enabled in the Absence Type, where the requirement is that only Withdrawal request on the completed absences should get auto approved.
