Unable to fetch citations when integrated GenAI agent with ODA.

Summary:

Unable to fetch citations when integrated GenAI agent with ODA. GenAI has a Knowledge Base documents. I can see citations are mentioned when checked from "playground chat option" from GenAI Agent screen. However, when it integrated with ODA, I do not see citation value at all. Thus ${skill.GenAIAgentChatResponse.value.responsePayload.message.content.citations} value remains null always.
