In ICP - the End Date is not showing in the notifications

In ICP - when a line manager is initiating the Stipend and submitting it, the approver who gets the approval notification is unable to view the end date.

We have also tried enabling the profile option: ORA_CMP_BIP_IC_SHOW_INPUT_VALUES
Also, created a new row in the rtf and tried testing but the end date still not showing in the notification.

@Gail Langendorf-Oracle could you help on this matter.
