IR-ISO with Source Org(ISO) in cloud planning and Destination Org (IR) in EBS ASCP

We have a requirement where IR-ISO is needed between two inventory orgs.

→ Source Org (ISO) in EBS but Supply planning is in cloud

→ Destination Org (IR) in EBS and supply planning in ASCP

ISO created in Source org in EBS don't get collected via "Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud" to supply planning cloud.

So the question is :

How the Source org supply Plan (in Cloud) will get demand visibility as ISO's are not getting collected?
