Goal:
Restore Cloud Shell connection to a working state after applying an OS hardening to mimic On-Prem systems
Symptoms:
Trying to open a new Cloud Shell connection get “stuck”
* OCI Console -> Compute -> Instances -> <MyOLSystem> -> OS Management -> Console connection -> Launch Cloud Shell Connection
