Can we customise notifications to users only if there is any data generated after an ESS job runs.

We have a requirement for which we want the notifications/Emails to be sent to users after an ESS job runs every week and if it does not have any data we don't want it to send the notification, is there a way to achieve this requirement using standard functionalities?
