Data exchange export job is not saving target file to outbox folder if specified with /

Summary:

Data exchange job that exports data to data target is not saving file to outbox/ folder. It works with backward slash though. It was working fine with outbox/ until last month and works fine even in PROD now. The problem is still only in Test epm instances. Is there any config setting to control this ?
