My free tier account is hacked. The hacker has changed the recovery email to lucas_202301@hotmail .com

That's why I am not getting any password reset link email. As per Oracle's rule, password reset mail goes to the recovery mail only.

So I am unable to reset the password.

I contacted live chat, and the person suggested me to address the issue here.

Please, someone help me. Thank you.
