Make 1 Create Invoice DFF mandatory if another DFF is blank

We have the below 2 DFFs on the Create Invoice page. Our requirement is that if 1 DFF is populated then the other DFF should not be filled out (vice versa). Please advise if this is achievable and if so, how?
