There is a back to back enabled itemX configured to be fulfilled in the following manner - OrgB → OrgA → Customer

Global sourcing for item and customer = Transfer from OrgA
Local sourcing rule for item and OrgA = Transfer from OrgB
When an order is placed for itemX, order gets scheduled from warehouse OrgA and generates a supply order which creates transfer order from OrgB to OrgA

There is no stock of ItemX available in OrgA
All Orgs have 5 day work week (Weekends not working)
