When we remove the "Enter Journal" Privilege, the "Delete Journal" task also gets disabled.

When we remove the "Enter Journal" Privilege, the "Delete Journal" task also gets disabled in the "Manage Journals" page. Is this an expected behavior? Also, could you please confirm if the "Enter Journal" Privilege is also required for the "Delete Journal" task?
