How to increase the shipping priority of already submitted sales order

Hope everyone is doing well.

I would like to ask if anyone knows how to increase the shipping priority of already submitted sales order without using "Override Schedule" in Fulfillment Line.

For example, there are 10 Sales Order with the quantity of 2 and shipping date of 2025/09/17.

The available quantity is 20, and GOP assigns them to those Sales Orders.

Later, we got another Sales Order, which is already submitted and in "Processing" status, with the date 2025/09/20.

The user got a direct contact from the buyer and needs to ship that last order.

Is there a way to avoid using "Override Schedule" in this situation? We think that not everyone has access to that function and it is difficult to navigate when multiple users start using that function.
