Can the supplier user create an internal material transfer in the VMI supplier portal instead of PR

Hi.

we have VMI implemented. The supplier is managing an inventory organization which have sub inventories.

these sub inventories represent the branches,

we have configured the item sub inventory task to source internal form the main sub inventory, however each time the supplier tries to create new replenishment request, the system generates a PR not an internal IMT.

is it possible that the supplier create replenishment request the can be fulfilled internally by IMT instead of PR.
