Can we default primary location while creating requisition

Summary:

We are trying to default the Primary Location field which is a mandatory field in Requisition Structure section while creating a requisition.

As per my understanding, Primary Location is used at requisition level only and is used in Maps functionality in Career Site for searching jobs using Map.

Is there any other use/part of application where this location is used?

Is it possible to default the Primary Location field when Hiring Manager is creating a requisition with the location attached to Hiring Manager? As i understand, Work Locations are tied to employees and are different from Geography created for Primary Location field.
