how to delete row from HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_VL

Summary:

While creating the Department, User has entered the incorrect start date. On realization after some days, corrected the start date of Department. But due to this there are two rows in HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_VL record. Though Org tree is updated with this department (most likely with first incorrect start date), it is not reflecting on BI report.

How to delete the unnecessary row from HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_VL record ? so that clean version will be in Org tree and will reflect in Report.
