Gender at birth field vanishes once the value is entered - My Client groups > Add pending worker

In the Legislative info section - "Gender at birth" field vanishes once the value is entered - My Client groups > Add pending worker - legislative info section.

We are not sure why the field disappears soon after we select a value, but this is happening for multiple pages like Add contingent worker, pending worker etc.

Has anyone faced this issue in the past, if yes then how was it resolved.
