Redwood - Request New Position - Business rule didn´t work when change the Parent Position

Summary:

We created a defaulting rule to bring information from the Department flexfield into the position flexfield.

When we change the department, the defaulting rule works fine.

We created a new defaulting rule when the parent position change, because this change the department.

But when we change the parent position, and that changes the department, this new defaulting rule doesn't work.
