Display report with journey initiator's employment info in Journey

Summary:

I am looking to add a introduction step in onboarding journey to display a OTBI report to display the basic employment info (Department/LE/BU etc..) of the initiator.

Any pointers on how to achieve this? How do I pass the parameter from the journey to the OTBI report?
