Order Line Status and orchestration Task status not in sync

in Order Management

Summary:

Came across one scenario in which when we are getting orchestration task status from OIC, task status is not getting updated, but order line status is getting updated correctly based on OIC Payload

Below is order line status


Orchestration Task Status

Ideally Task Status should have look like this whenever Order line and Orchestration task status are in sync

Can anyone help in how we should proceed to recover the task status, for now this problem we came across only one order.

For most of the order orchestration and task are flowing correctly based on the OIC payloads
