Sourcing Event message to an internal user cannot be actioned from notifications screen. (25C Rel.)

Sourcing Event (RFQ) message to an internal user who is a member of a collaboration team cannot be actioned from notifications screen. When clicking on a notification in the instance , user opens up a notification and when tries to click on "Reply to Message" a new instance screen tab opens up instead of a message screen. And when clicks on the submitted attachments, an error message pops up.

Surprisingly, a message sent to supplier user in the supplier portal allows supplier contact to click on the notification and can reply to the message which is great and works as expected.
