Query Custom Attributes from one of their planning environment to Narrative Reporting?

Hey guys,
Do anyone here had the experience using the Custom Attributes from one of their planning environment (Hyperion in my case) to Narrative Reporting? I am not sure on how can I pull the custom attributes data in building a report? Is this possible?
Would really appreciate if you can share your experiences about it.
