Learning specialist not able to see any tasks in my client groups

I have enabled learning development using structure in sandbox and as a learn specialist I'm not able to view any tasks

I have added all relevant roles , changed profile options and ran jobs but still there is no change

In sandbox i have tired with both "Show on Navigator" to "Yes" and EL Expression didnt work out
