How to create allocation rule to nullify balance in one segment

Summary:

Client has a requirement to nullify balance of natural account BC0300 of other segments to 000, at month end.

For example, if they have an debit balance 100 on account 0001.0001.BC0300.0000.000.GBR.0000.N.BC0300.000, the allocation journal should be able to create 2 journal lines to nullify the balance on account, and move the balance to 0001.0001.BC0300.0000.000.000.0000.N.BC0300.000:

Dr. 0001.0001.BC0300.0000.000.000.0000.N.BC0300.000 100

Cr. 0001.0001.BC0300.0000.000.GBR.0000.N.BC0300.000 100

I have configured a rule to nullify the balance of the account, please find the rule exported attached.

But I face one issue now, which is when there is 2 account with balance:

1045.1045.BC0300.0000.000.GBR.0000.N.BC0300.000 70000

Howdy, Stranger!
