When using the FBDI to load requisitions, some records failed with the error "The requester must be an active worker with an active work relationship" for some requestors. When we create manually using the same requestor, its allowed. I found the note PRC:PO: Import Requisitions Receiving Error - the Requester Must Be an Active Worker With an Active Work Relationship (Doc ID 2781327.1) and as per this document, I checked the user list to check if the email of requestor is used twice but its only used for the requestor. What could be the issue.
